These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Website and the services provided by Sirius and the Wren (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

Services Provided

Sirius and the Wren offers Reiki healing sessions as a form of complementary therapy for people and animals. Christina Roka is not a licensed medical care provider and is not rendering personal medical advice or treatment. Consult your(or your pet’s) healthcare provider when adding complementary alternative healing modalities to your(or their) self-care practice.

I, the client, understand very clearly that these treatments are not intended as a substitute for medical, psychological, or veterinary care. 

I, the client, understand that the Reiki practitioner does not diagnose conditions, nor do they prescribe medicines, or interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional. It is recommended that I seek a licensed health care professional for any physical or psychological ailment I or my pet may have.  

I offer Reiki sessions at your home or barn, and as distance sessions by video call, phone call, or at an agreed time. For in-person sessions, I ask that you choose a space that is safe and comfortable for you and your animal, and the cleanliness and safety of that location are in your hands. Essential oils and herbs may be used during a session, so please tell me ahead of time about any allergies or sensitivities. A distance session is also an option if that is a better fit.

Code of Conduct

Clients are expected to behave respectfully and courteously during sessions. I reserve the right to refuse service or terminate sessions at any time for any inappropriate behavior, or behavior that makes me uncomfortable.

Health and Safety Policies

I take health and safety seriously and follow all relevant health guidelines in my own practice. Because sessions take place at your home or barn, while I cannot control the cleanliness or sanitation of that space, any tools or equipment I bring are cleaned and sanitized where possible.
