During your session, I may use bells, chimes, and signing bowls to help the flow and raise vibrations. Sound isn’t just about what your ears and brain perceive. These vibrations permeate every part of your body, down to the cells and molecules. They can help bring your physical, mental, and energy system back into alignment.
Crystals are powerful energetic tools. Each one holds its own vibrational frequency and can transmute and transform energy. I use various crystals in my sessions that have been infused with Reiki energy and are cleared between each client.
Smudging tools such as Sage, Rosemary or Palo Santo will be used to cleanse the space and purify the energy, creating a calm and sacred environment for healing. I may use candles to enhance the atmosphere and focus intention. Both elements work together to facilitate a deeper connection to Reiki and yourself.
