Shipping policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-4 business days. Orders may not be shipped or processed on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery We ship within the United States only via USPS and FedEx.
- USPS Ground Advantage – Free on all orders over $85. Standard rates apply for orders under $85.
- FedEx Express – Shipping charges apply to all orders regardless of order total. Free shipping does not apply to FedEx Express.
Estimated Delivery Times- Delivery times vary by carrier and destination. USPS Ground Advantage typically delivers within 2-5 business days after shipment. FedEx Express options deliver faster, depending on the service selected at checkout. Once an order is shipped, Sirius and the Wren has no control over how long delivery will take.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Issues If your order arrives damaged, please reach out as soon as possible within 7 days of delivery. If your order seems to be lost in transit, please contact the carrier and Sirius and the Wren once 3 days have passed the projected delivery date.
