30 Minute Distance Reiki Session
A distance Reiki session that I will conduct for you anywhere you may be. We can connect on a video call, a phone call, or only by synchronized schedules (completely up to you). About 30 minutes.

45 Minute in-person Reiki Session in Quinton
An in-person Reiki session at my home-based Reiki room in Quinton, VA. This will be about 30 minutes of Reiki and about 15 minutes for before and after discussion.

A one-hour Reiki session in the comfort of your home. I travel up to 35 miles of Quinton, VA and with added charges beyond that, depending on distance. This will be about 40-45 minutes of Reiki time and about 15 minutes of before and after discussion.

90 Minute Animal(s)/Human Reiki Session
I will come to your home or barn to channel Reiki for your four-legged family and for you! This longer session can be divided up between a person and up to two animals. I will travel up to 35 miles of Quinton, VA with extra charges depending on distance.

A 90-minute Reiki session in the comfort of your home. I travel up to 35 miles of Quinton, VA and with added charges beyond that, depending on distance. This will be about 65-70 minutes of Reiki time and about 20 minutes of before and after discussion.

Sound
During your session, I may use bells, chimes, and signing bowls to help the flow and raise vibrations. Sound isn’t just about what your ears and brain perceive. These vibrations permeate every part of your body, down to the cells and molecules. They can help bring your physical, mental, and energy system back into alignment.

Crystals
Crystals are powerful energetic tools. Each one holds its own vibrational frequency and can transmute and transform energy. I use various crystals in my sessions that have been infused with Reiki energy and are cleared between each client.

Smudging and Candles
Smudging tools such as Sage, Rosemary or Palo Santo will be used to cleanse the space and purify the energy, creating a calm and sacred environment for healing. I may use candles to enhance the atmosphere and focus intention. Both elements work together to facilitate a deeper connection to Rei and yourself.
