Hi! I’m Christina Roka, you can call me Stini if you’d like!
I'm a Usui Reiki Ryoho Master Practitioner, Usui Holy Fire III Reiki Master Practitioner, and Certified Usui Shiki Ryoho Animal Reiki Master Teacher, and the person behind Sirius and the Wren, we’re a heart-led energy alchemy practice based in Quinton, VA.
I work with people and their animals, in-person and remotely. I make Reiki-infused essential oil blends and sprays, as well as other “Earthy” or “Earthmade” goods, as I call them. I believe, deeply, that energy work has the power to help people and animals get out of their own way and feel more like themselves.

When I leaned into Reiki, something clicked. I've spent years working in HR, learning how to hold space for people in difficult situations, navigate hard conversations, and help someone find their footing when things felt unstable. In many ways, I was already tapped into Reiki in my day-to-day.
Animals have been part of my life since before I could consciously remember. Dogs and cats from the very beginning, horses from the time I was a preteen barn rat, spending every spare moment at the barn. After a quick 18-year hiatus, I started taking riding lessons again, joyfully reconnecting with a missing piece of my heart.
Nature has always been a constant source of energy and inspiration for me. My beagle, Indy, and I love spending time outdoors, grounding ourselves among the trees and close to bodies of water. I love astronomy for the science and the connection between us and the cosmos. I'm a self-proclaimed Bird Nerd, and I love spending time with the interspecies flock that shares my yard.

What’s in a name?
Sirius is the name of my dearly departed dog, named after Sirius, the Dog Star; one of the brightest and most impactful stars in the sky. As a self-proclaimed Bird Nerd, I have a deep affection for birds, particularly the Carolina Wrens that share my yard. I lovingly refer to them as "My Wren Friends." When it was time to name my practice, the names of these two near-and-dear beings came together naturally, and Sirius and the Wren was born!
